Burlington VT, July 26-31, 2012

Every year, the National Center for State Courts holds an annual conference for State Court Chief Justices and State Court Administrators.

Over the years, we’ve attended conferences in Mackinaw Island, MI, Anchorage, AK, Santa Fe, NM, Vail, CO, and Atlanta, GA.  This year, it was held in Burlington, VT,  where Callie and I just  spent the last five days in Burlington. Vermont.   This year, she was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors of the conference.

While she works, I play.  Each year, they come up with tantalizing excursions for the spouses and families of the conference attendees

Here are some of the pictures I took…

The first day, we went to Shelburne Museum, a 47 acre expanse that contains relocated buildings dating back to the Revolutionary War.  It also contains an amazing collection of art.  Currently they’re featuring an exhibition of Andrew Wyeth.

I’m more interested in architecture than paintings, so my photos reflect that.  Here are some of the ones I took.

Remember to double-click on the images to view them full-sized.
